EUTR ACADEMY PROGRAM
At Everything Under The Rainbow, we believe every child deserves an education that honors their strengths, supports their growth, and meets them where they are. Our academy program offers a flexible, whole-child approach for students ages 5–18—blending academic instruction, enrichment, and emotional development in a calm, intentionally designed environment.
With options for two, three, or four-day attendance and small, supportive cohorts, families partner with certified educators to create a learning experience that fits both the child and the family. Whether your learner is gifted, twice-exceptional, behind grade level, or simply needs something different—there’s a place for them here.

WHERE
Our learning environment is spread across multiple floors, with each space intentionally organized by age, developmental readiness, and learning style. Students enrolled in our K–12 hybrid and full-time programs are typically placed on our third floor, which is reserved for learners who benefit from a calm, focused, and academically enriched setting. This floor is home to students who are neurotypical, gifted, twice-exceptional, or simply thrive in smaller, differentiated learning groups.
Each classroom is designed with cohort-specific goals in mind—whether that means flexible seating, project zones, sensory-friendly supports, or collaborative work areas. The third floor offers an environment that feels both safe and stimulating, where students are respected as individuals and encouraged to grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity.
WHEN
Families may choose two, three, or four days per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday), with an optional Fusion Friday for enrichment, social connection, and real-world exploration.
We offer flexible attendance options to meet the needs of diverse learners and homeschooling families—ensuring consistency for students while allowing room for therapeutic appointments, family rhythms, and personalized pacing.

WHO
Students ages 5–18 who are neurotypical, neurodiverse, gifted, or twice-exceptional. We serve children with and without formal diagnoses—those who benefit from smaller class sizes, personalized learning, and an environment that honors their whole development.
Whether a child excels academically, needs added support, or simply thrives in a more responsive, relationship-based setting, we create space for growth across all areas: academic, emotional, social, and executive functioning. Every student is thoughtfully grouped based on academic readiness, emotional maturity, and age to ensure the right fit—both personally and developmentally.
WHAT
A flexible, hybrid educational program that blends evidence-based instruction, hands-on STEAM learning, and multisensory engagement. While Orton-Gillingham remains a trusted cornerstone of our literacy work, we recognize that no single method fits every learner. That’s why we incorporate a variety of instructional approaches—including UFLI, the Association Method, and structured literacy techniques—tailored to each student’s needs.
We offer informal screenings in reading, writing, and math to identify strengths and learning gaps, including tools aligned with characteristics of dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. From Kindergarten through 12th grade, we ensure each child receives a developmentally appropriate, personalized path toward confidence and growth.

WHY
Because learning isn't one-size-fits-all. At Everything Under The Rainbow, we believe every child deserves a learning environment that sees their strengths, supports their challenges, and respects their pace. Whether a child is advanced, needs extra time, or falls somewhere in between, we create space for growth, connection, and confidence.
Families choose EUTR because they’re looking for more than academics—they’re looking for community, flexibility, and a team that truly knows their child. We don’t just teach curriculum; we cultivate trust, encourage resilience, and help children build a love for learning that lasts far beyond the classroom.
HOW
Through small cohorts (1:6 ratio), certified educators, and a foundation of trust and flexibility, we create a personalized experience for every learner. Our team designs individualized instruction and differentiated lesson plans that meet students exactly where they are—academically, emotionally, and developmentally. We maintain close collaboration with families, communicate openly, and adapt our approach as students grow. Whether a child needs challenge, reinforcement, or simply a smaller setting to thrive, we build a path that supports both their success and their sense of self.
