Everything Under the Rainbow Foundation
Everything Under The Rainbow (EUTR) was founded by director Lisa Mitchell in 2020, inspired by her own journey as a mother raising and educating children with different learning needs. What began with just $200 and a desire to create a better educational experience for children has grown into Horizons Academy, a hybrid homeschool academy serving elementary, middle, and high school students in Woodstock, Georgia.
Today, Horizons Academy provides strong, teacher-led academics in small classroom settings with an emphasis on individualized instruction, hands-on learning, project-based learning, and real-world skills. Our academic programs include math, English language arts, science, history, physical education, health, advanced studies, and a la carte learning opportunities for homeschool families.
While our name and programs have evolved, the heart behind what Lisa created has remained: students deserve to be known, challenged, encouraged, and given the opportunity to grow into confident, independent learners.
EUTR Foundation
The Everything Under The Rainbow Foundation was created to expand opportunities for children, students, and families through educational support, scholarships, resources, and community-based programs that help students grow academically, socially, and personally.
Our foundation was established from a simple belief: every child deserves access to meaningful educational opportunities, supportive relationships, and a community that believes in their potential.
Through the generosity of donors, community partners, and supporters, the EUTR Foundation seeks to help bridge gaps that may prevent students from accessing educational services, enrichment opportunities, academic support, and meaningful learning experiences.
Our Mission
The mission of the EUTR Foundation is to support children and families by expanding access to educational opportunities, fostering personal growth, and helping students develop the skills, confidence, and support systems needed to thrive.

The Everything Under The Rainbow Foundation is currently recognized as a nonprofit organization through the State of Georgia. Our federal 501(c)(3) application is currently in process.
Individuals, families, businesses, churches, and community partners interested in supporting the Foundation are encouraged to contact us directly for current giving opportunities, sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, or questions regarding giving.
